This windblown beauty in blue is an Art Deco illustration by Italian artist Amos Scorzon. (He was born in Venice in 1855.) She appears to be in a losing battle with the wind, her umbrella flying away behind her. I have tweaked, restored, and fine tuned this image and I added a matching frame. If you would prefer a borderless copy, with just the plain cream background, convo me and I'll get it listed for you.
